PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

What is a pre-order?
Our Eid 2026 collection is offered on a pre-order basis to ensure mindful production and quality finishing. Each piece is made in limited quantities once orders are confirmed.

When will my order be shipped?
All pre-orders will be dispatched within 6-8 weeks after order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

Why pre-order?
Pre-ordering allows us to reduce overproduction while ensuring careful attention to fabric, fit, and detailing for every piece.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
As each item is produced based on confirmed orders, cancellations or changes are not encouraged once an order has been placed.

Will this arrive before Raya?
We will clearly indicate the final cut-off date for Raya delivery on our website and product pages.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Pre-orders are confirmed upon full payment at checkout.
This allows us to proceed with production and secure materials for each piece.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • FPX Online Banking

  • Selected local e-wallets (subject to availability)

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment system and trusted payment partners.

Will I be charged immediately for pre-orders?
Yes. Payment is required upon checkout to confirm your pre-order.

Can I pay from overseas?
International cards are accepted. Availability of payment methods may vary depending on your location.

Why don’t I see all payment options at checkout?
Available payment methods may differ based on device, bank, or region.
