1. Do you have a size chart?

Yes, the size chart is displayed on each product page and is shown on the product label.

2. How to place order?

All orders can be placed directly through our online store. For customers who wish to view the pieces in person, appointments at our showroom can be booked in advance.

3. What payment methods are accepted?
 

All payments can be made securely through our website using online banking and other available payment methods at checkout. Orders will be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

4. What are the shipping rates?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fees for the following:

  • West Malaysia - RM 10.00
  • East Malaysia - RM 15.00
  • Singapore - RM 75.00
  • Brunei - RM 120.00
  • Indonesia - RM 120.00
  • Rest of the world - Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checking out.

5. How long does standard delivery take?

6. How to track my order?

After your order is delivered from our warehouse, we'll send you an email or message you directly with your tracking number attached and link to our courier’s website to update you the current status of your delivery. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing an order, do contact us at info.ezzatiamira@gmail.com and we’ll help you.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates vary based on destination and parcel weight. Please contact us for further enquiries.
