Do you have a size chart?

 

Yes, the size chart is displayed on each product page, and is shown on the product label. For the bespoke and pre-order collection, you can email us at info@ezzatiamira.com for size chart of the design you wanted.

How to place order?

 

To place an order, email us at info@ezzatiamira.com or you can book for an appointment and drop by our showroom at 104, Jalan Ampang Hilir, Desa Pahlawan, 55000, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What methods of payment may I use to pay for my order?

 

Whether you're ordering through our website or by mail or phone, you can pay for your purchases via bank transfer. Invoice will be sent to you after confirmation and your order will be delivered upon receipt of the total order amount.

What are the shipping rates?

How long does standard delivery take?

 

Standard orders should be delivered within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation (within Malaysia) and 5 to 7 days for Singapore order.

How to track my order?

 

After your order is delivered from our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your tracking number attached and link to our courier’s website to update you the current status of your delivery. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing an order, do contact us at info@ezzatiamira.com and we’ll help you.
